Payment Methods

  • Pay monthly under the terms of an escrow agreement

  • Pay by credit card
    The Treasurer accepts payment by this method through a credit card processing company, Official Payments.  Official Payments charges a 2.5% convenience fee for utilizing their credit card processing services.  This fee is not collected by Delaware County.

  • Pay by Echeck
    For a flat fee of $2.00 (up to $10,000) or for a flat fee of $12.50 (over $10,000) you may send us an electronic real estate tax payment by charging your personal bank account.

  • Home Banking at Your Bank
  • If you utilize the online bill payment and home banking capabilities of your bank, you may pay your real estate taxes using this method. Please make sure to list the parcel number from your tax bill as the account number or in a memorandum field. This will ensure a proper credit to your parcel when the payment is processed.

  • Pay in person

  • Pay at our drop box
    The drop box is located in the lower parking lot of the Hayes Administration Building which is located at 140 North Sandusky Street.  The parking lot may be accessed from the East off of Union Street or from the West off of Sandusky Street.
