Lynne K. Schoenling is a Magistrate for the Delaware County Probate/Juvenile Court.  She received her Juris Doctor degree from The University of Cincinnati College of Law where she earned the Judge John W. Peck Trial Advocacy Award and the Moot Court Anderson Book Award.  Magistrate Schoenling did her undergraduate work at The University of Cincinnati where she graduated with a B.A. in English Literature. 

For 23 years prior to becoming Magistrate, Ms. Schoenling was an attorney in private practice in the State of Ohio focusing on juvenile law, family law, guardian ad litem work, custody cases, commercial litigation, employment litigation, contracts and general civil litigation.  She owned and operated her own law practice from 2006 – 2013.  As a private practicing attorney, Ms. Schoenling tried numerous jury trials and bench trials in and around the State of Ohio and had extensive appellate advocacy experience in both State and Federal Courts. 

Ms. Schoenling proudly served as a Board Member for the Delaware County Board of Developmental Disabilities from 2010-2013.  Ms. Schoenling resides in Delaware County with her family.
