Welcome to the Human Resources Recruiting Information Website. This website was created to make the recruiting process easier for you, to help you interview successfully and to find the best possible employee.
Once you have read this page, please click on the "Next" button located at the bottom of the screen; it will continue sending you to following pages of information.
Federal and State Laws - that the county and its employees should abide by. This is to help clarify what can and cannot be legally discussed during an interview. These laws are very important and all supervisors should know them. They protect the candidate from being subjected to and/or answering any type of discriminatory questions. The next page is
Guidelines To A Successful Interview. - This information gives you tips on how to be prepared for an interview and stay on track in the interview. Then, the following page we ask that you fill out is the
Recruiting Information Form - which you should be familiar with. This form needs to be completed and sent to the Human Resources Department before any hiring action will be taken. The last page is the
Recruiting Process Receipt - for doing the new recruiting process, it states you read and understand the information that was provided to you. We ask that you print the form out, sign it and mail it to: Human Resources Department c/o of Gina Herring. This process must be completed before interviews take place.
Thanks for your
cooperation in this new Recruiting Process; we hope that it will benefit you
in your hiring needs.
