PROJECT INFORMATION
Hyatts Road Bridge Replacement (Concord Township
CR-123-0.70)
Project Description:
Replacement of a narrow concrete slab bridge that is in very poor
structural condition. Project includes removal of existing bridge, and installing a
16’ x 7’ precast, reinforced concrete box culvert.
Project Location and Limits:
Hyatts Road about 3/4 mile east of South Section Line Road.
Road Closure Information:
Road closed to through traffic with detour posted. Local resident
traffic maintained.
Project Schedule:
Design engineering: September 2003 to December 2005
Right-of-way acquisition: December 2005 to August 2006
Utility relocation: March to August 2006
Construction: September to November 2006
Engineering Information:
Construction documents prepared by Delaware County Engineer’s
Design
Department.
Construction Information:
Project built by the Delaware County Highway Department.
