PROJECT INFORMATION
Center Village Road Bridge
Replacements (Harlem Township)
Project Description:
Replacement of two bridges on Center Village Road located about 1/2 mile
west of Green Cook Road. The first bridge is a structurally
deficient single span steel beam bridge over Duncan Run. The
second bridge, located several hundred feet east of the first bridge is
a structurally deficient and narrow concrete slab bridge. Roadway
construction includes widening of pavement and shoulders near the
bridges and installation of guardrail.
Project Location and Limits:
Center Village Road about 1/2 mile west of Green Cook Road.
Project limits are approximately 200 feet east and west of the bridges.
Road Closure Information:
Center Village Road closed to all traffic at the project site.
Project Schedule:
Design engineering: 2007-08
Right-of-way acquisition: 2008
Utility relocation: Winter 2008-09
Construction: March 10 to July 31, 2009

Construction documents prepared by E-L Robinson Engineering of Ohio.
Construction Information:
R&I Construction of Tiffin, Ohio. Contract amount $478,037.
