PROJECT INFORMATION
Center Village Road Bridge over Duncan Run Rehabilitation (Harlem
Township)
Project Description:
Rehabilitation of a damaged steel beam bridge over Duncan Run including
replacement of steel beams and bridge deck. Minor roadway
improvements will include guardrail installation and minor grading near
the bridge.
Project Location and Limits:
Center Village Road about 1/2 mile east of SR 605. Project limits
extend
approximately 150 feet east and west of the bridge.
Road Closure Information:
Center Village Road closed to through traffic between SR 605 and Duncan
Run Road. Detour uses SR 605, Fancher Road and North County Line
Road. Local traffic maintained to adjacent properties.
Project Schedule:
Design engineering: August to October 2006
Right-of-way acquisition: N/A
Utility relocation: N/A
Construction: November 2006 to January 2007
Engineering Information:
Design/build by Ohio Bridge Corporation and the Delaware County Engineer’s
Design
Department.
Construction Information:
Construction by Ohio Bridge Corporation, Cambridge, Ohio. Approach
guardrail by the M.P. Dory Company, Columbus, Ohio.
