Court Location & Parking:

The Delaware County Common Pleas Court is located at 91 North Sandusky Street in downtown Delaware. Click here to view map . You may park in either lot behind the courthouse. You may also park at meters on the West side of Sandusky Street in front of the courthouse, on both sides of Central Aveune, South of the courthouse and on Franklin Street behind the courthouse. When parking at a meter, please place your parking pass on your dashboard. Do not park at red meters or 30 minute meters as you will receive a ticket.
