Participants will move through three phases of the program.  The phases are directly related to the     participants’ progress with the treatment plan,
Department of Jobs and Family Services case plan, and court orders.

Phase I (2-6 months)
Appear before magistrate a minimum of one time per week.
Follow all court orders.
Complete a drug and alcohol assessment as ordered.
Complete Psychological Assessment as ordered.
Provide random urinalysis/breathalyzer.
Follow JFS case plan.

Phase II ( 2-6 months)
Appear before magistrate a minimum of twice per month.
Follow all court orders.
Provide random urinalysis/breathalyzer
Follow guidelines of treatment as       recommended by provider.
Continue to follow JFS case plan

Phase III (2-6 months)
Appear before magistrate a minimum of one time per month
Follow all court orders
Provide random urinalysis/breathalyzer.
Report to treatment as recommended.
Follow JFS Case Plan
