Magistrate Frank Darr is a graduate of the University
of Akron and the Ohio State University College of Law. He has worked in a private law firm and as an assistant attorney general, and he was the legal director for the Ohio Consumers' Counsel. He also was an associate professor in the College of Business at Ohio State. Prior to joining the Court, he was an assistant prosecutor for Delaware County.
