In November, voters will decide among candidates for U.S. Representative, State Offices, Ohio General Assembly, Judicial Offices, and County Offices. In addition, there may be questions, issues and local options for voters to consider.
The Voter Information Guide from the Ohio Secretary of State answers the most frequently asked questions about voting in Ohio. The guide covers topics ranging from voter eligibility and registration to absentee balloting and Election Day procedures.
Voter Information Guide
The Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) is available to assist voters that are active-duty members of the Armed Forces, Merchant Marine, Public Health Service, NOAA, and their family members and United States citizens who are living outside the U.S.

In Ohio, all voting locations must be made accessible for people with disabilities. Under state and federal law, voters with disabilities must be given the same opportunity for access and participation as any other voter.

The 2014 Elections Calendar provides dates and information on elections and campaign finance deadlines and events throughout each year. This calendar was last updated June 2014.
Board Chairman Steve Cuckler opened the polls at 6:30 a.m. this morning by ringing the election bell.
Real Time Results
Absentee ballot results will be released at approximately 7:45 pm on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2014. Results from polling locations are tallied and posted throughout election night.Unofficial Election Summary
Provisional, and vote by mail ballots that are postmarked Nov. 3, 2014, but not yet received in the Board of Elections office, will not be included the unofficial results. These ballots will be counted and included in the Official Canvass.
