Three Columbus men were indicted today, just a week after their arrest for burglarizing a local business and putting the stolen items on Craig’s List, said Delaware County Prosecuting Dave Yost.

David Brown, 36, was indicted on one count receiving stolen property and theft – both fourth degree felonies, and one count possessing criminal tools and breaking and entering – both fifth degree felonies.

Andrew Minney, 28, was indicted on one count receiving stolen property and theft – both fourth degree felonies, one count possessing criminal tools and breaking and entering – both fifth degree felonies and one count illegal possession of drug paraphernalia – a fourth degree misdemeanor.

Jessie Harden, 34, was indicted with one count receiving stolen property – a fourth degree felony, and one count possessing criminal tools – a fifth degree felony.

On Jan. 3, 2010 the owner of T. Carmichael Inc. reported that his business had been burglarized.  Missing were two computers and two trucks with snow plows attached.

The three were arrested on Jan. 5, 2010 after the Craig’s List postings led Sheriff’s Office deputies to the stolen snow plows.  The trucks were recovered soon after from a tip that came in late last week.  All have been returned to the owner.

Arraignment dates for the three men have yet to be scheduled.
